With over fifteen years  of progressive leadership in education & disability studies, our founder and CEO Dr. Nicole Farrow is both an educator and advocate. Dr. Farrow received a B.A. in Psychology from Hampton University. She also received an M.A. in Educational Leadership & Administration, and a Doctor of Education in Special Education

With over fifteen years  of progressive leadership in education & disability studies, our founder and CEO Dr. Nicole Farrow is both an educator and advocate. Dr. Farrow received a B.A. in Psychology from Hampton University. She also received an M.A. in Educational Leadership & Administration, and a Doctor of Education in Special Education & Disability Studies, both from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. 

Dr. Farrow's professional experiences include partnerships with Prince George’s County Public Schools (Maryland),  the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), the DC Public Charter School Board and KIPP DC Public Charter Schools. Her professional interests include disability policy advocacy, education policy, interdisciplinary multi-tiered systems of support, and examining the various dynamics behind autism and gender.
